Adding your logo and signature to PDFs (Pro)

< 1 min read

(Pro) A few settings turn a plain PDF certificate into a branded one that looks like it came from your organisation.

Where to set your branding

Go to Pro Settings → General and set:

  • Logo — choose or upload the logo image from your WordPress Media Library.
  • Accent colour — a colour used in the certificate design; set it to match your brand accent.
  • Signature name — the name printed as the certificate’s signatory.
  • Certificate Title: The title of the certificate that will appear as the headline of the certificate.

These apply to every generated PDF, so you set them once and every certificate is consistent.

Logo tips

  • Use a high-resolution logo (PNG with a transparent background works well) so it stays crisp in print.
  • Selecting the logo from your Media Library is the recommended option — it’s read straight from your own site.
  • If you point to an external logo URL instead, your site fetches that image while building the PDF. The Media Library option keeps everything self-contained.
